Database Research and Reference Management

Participants will explore research in bibliographic databases in greater depth and learn to use the Open Source reference management software Zotero. Practical work will be based on a personal research project.
Participants should bring their own laptops.

Objectifs

• Access paid online resources from home via VPN
• Be familiar with the department’s most important bibliographic databases
• Critically analyze the content of bibliographic databases
• Conduct efficient searches in bibliographic databases
• Manage, organize, and locate search results using “Zotero”
